Designed for multi-shelf cooking, the freestanding dual fuel cooker provides 70 Litres of total capacity in one cavity and 40 Litres of total capacity in the other, giving you enough room for a large family roast on a Sunday plus all those yummy trimmings! Mmmmm.

The consistent flame and heat distribution of the gas burners combined with highly responsive dials offer precise heat control so you can cook your perfect dish, every time. Perfect a slow simmer for sauces or intense heat for searing steaks.

Functions…

Bake
The bake function radiates heat from the top and bottom of the oven whilst natural convection currents evenly distributed heat. Moisture is retained to provide light, succulent dishes. For best results, only bake on one shelf at a time. So, if you just want to add a little crisp to your lasagne, this is a great choice.

Fan Bake
Fan bake function generates heat at the top and bottom of the oven, with the fan creating airflow throughout. The increased airflow speeds up cooking so that your oven temperatures can be lowered by 20°C for most recipes. So, if you see yourself as a bit of a Mary Berry, this function is ideal for baking biscuits, muffins and cakes.

Fan Forced
The Fan Forced function is great for multi-shelf cooking. Heat is generated at the rear of the oven and is distributed evenly throughout by the fan.

Fan Grill
This function is ideal if you have large cuts of meat so they remain moist on the inside and crisp on the outside. This is down to the intense heat and radiation.

Grill
The grill function delivers intense heat from the inner region of the top element when you need to quickly grill one or two portions. Perfect for cooking steak, fish and crispy chicken. The intensity can be finely controlled; ‘HI’ is ideal if you want quick surface browning.

Warm
This function is limited to very gentle temperatures. It isn’t intended as a cooking function but is designed to keep food warm once it has been cooked and limit the progression of cooking. Using the oven’s specialised LO warm setting takes the guess work out of proving dough.
